Ordering is through our web shop. You can place the order by collecting items to shopping cart, and after payment you will receive the order confirmation.

Ordering / payments only for persons over 18 years old. 


Stock levels are updated automatically based on orders. You can see directly from our web pages, if some products are out of stock. If the product you are ordering is out of stock, please contact info@myownsaddle.com to know if the product will be available later on.


Order confirmation is generated automatically if the products ordered are available from stock. After completing the order, please check carefully your contact information and the content of your order. Order confirmation is sent to the named e-mail address.


We pack and mail / deliver the products within 1-3 working days after receiving the order. Delivery time 1-2 weeks. We send products from Finland or from Germany.


To orders inside Finland, our web shop calculates automatically the mailing and delivery costs based on the weight.

Delivery/mailing cost is a fixed fee. Depending on the size and weight of shipment the

cost will be either 3e or 6.50e.

For deliveries outside Finland, please contact to info@myownsaddle.com. Country specific delivery costs are clarified case by case.


Our payment methods are : Netbank/online banking, credit cards and invoice

Payment Service Provider Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. My oWn saddle is responsible for marketing and delivering the products but

all payments are processed through Paytrail 

To this agreement applies the Finnish Consumer Protection Law’s.


Based on consumer production laws of Finland, our all products have 14 days change and return rights. In case of change or return, or damaged goods, please always contact first to info@myownsaddle.com. We will give instructions how to and where to return the products. All returned products must be unused and  in good condition for resale.

After we have registered and inspected the returned goods, the amount of order will be returned to customer as soon as possible. Our target is to have it done within a week from product receival. 


All prices are in EUR (€) incl. VAT 24%

In case of deliveries outside EU, Customer is responsible for any possible customs or import duties.

We are not responsible for any damages caused by third parties like transportation companies, for example lost and broken goods in transit. In cases of delivery damages, please contact directly the transportation company eg. Finnish post office. 

Freight costs/postage fees are not refunded in case of returns.

Finnish law is applied to all actions and possible disputes.
